The consultation allows me to listen to the results you desire as well as gain information on your current training practices or training history. It also allows me to describe the training and diet practices we will employ.
The consultation will usually last about half an hour. Feel free to ask any questions.

I train clients at McCaulay’s Health Club, Plymouth and Extreme fitness, Plymouth.
To train with me you DO NOT REQUIRE GYM MEMBERSHIP. Both gyms includes a range of cardio vascular equipment (treadmills, crosstrainers, rowers) and resistance machines. I personally own further equipment (powerbags, kettlebells, tornado balls, and boxing equipment) that I use with clients. I feel offering training at both gyms covers everyones needs.
