The first step is for me to understand your goals. I offer a completely FREE consultation. This gives you the chance to meet me, and discuss how we can progress forward.
The consultation allows me to listen to the results you desire as well as gain information on your current training practices or training history. It also allows me to describe the training and diet practices we will employ.
The consultation will usually last about half an hour. Feel free to ask any questions.

To train with me you DO NOT REQUIRE GYM MEMBERSHIP. Extreme Fitness includes a range of cardio vascular equipment (treadmills, crosstrainers, rowers),resistance machines and free weights. The gym has an incredible range of kit including top brands such as hammer strength, Maxi cam and Watson.
